About the Presenter:
Lydie Laperal-Rocha is a Global Leadership Coach, Business Development Consultant, Facilitator and Trainer. Lydie spent over 25 years developing businesses in Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the US. She held numerous positions (from sales & marketing to general management) with a focus in start-up mode and agile methodology. The combination of her coaching expertise and business experience brings a unique depth of perspective to her clients leading to optimal outcomes and impact. Lydie holds a BBA from the ESSEC French business school and an MBA from the Paris Sorbonne University. She is an ICF certified Executive Coach and EQi (Emotional Intelligence) assessor.
