Investing in professional photography is an intimidating yet essential step to growing your business. Consumers eat with their eyes first, and pictures must be appetizing to generate sales. This session will help you navigate the space by knowing when it’s the right time to invest in product photography, when and how to take your own product shots, and what questions to ask your photographer to make the most of the assets you pay for.
About the Presenter:
Laura Scherb runs Page & Plate Studio, a Chicagoland-based food photography, product photography, and beverage photography studio with food styling and prop styling capabilities. She has been taking photos of food for almost 10 years now, for clients ranging from consumer-packaged goods (CPG) brands, restaurants, cookbook authors, and food companies. Her food and beverage photography and styling has been featured on The FeedFeed, The TODAY Show, Esquire, The Spruce Eats, Eater, Edible Chicago, and FoodGawker.
