This is the first in a four-part series designed to help business owners design and execute on their sales strategy. About Part I:
Business owners will create customer personas, estimate their total available market and serviceable available market size, and generate a target list for customer outreach. We will also discuss how to use this information to create a compelling market slide in a pitch deck.
