This is the second in a four-part series designed to help business owners design and execute on their sales strategy. About Part II:  

Business owners will identify where their ideal customers are and how to reach them. We will create not only the outreach and contact strategy to attract new customers but draft a full customer experience map that shows how customers engage with your business. Participants will finish the workshop with a plan to improve customer acquisition and customer retention.
