Celebrating 25 years of impact – SomerCor and the City of Chicago Department of Planning and Development provide a comprehensive overview of the Small Business Improvement Fund (SBIF) program. This reimbursement grant program can be used by small businesses and certain non-profits for permanent building improvements. Residential projects are not eligible.
