Chicago Community ToolBank

The Chicago Community Toolbank provides tools to groups and organizations seeking to do good deeds in the community. We are extending an invitation to small businesses, groups and individules to lend our tools to reduce the cost of your next project.

Chicago Community ToolBank stewards a diverse inventory of tools and equipment for partners to amplify their work to strengthen and celebrate our shared community.  We maintain over $100,000 in inventory so that our community partners need not shoulder the burden of procuring, storing, maintaining, tracking, repairing and replacing tools for their essential work.  Our partners are local non-profits, community and neighborhood groups, faith-based organizations, schools, municipalities and small businesses like you, for three cents on the dollar per week.  These partners have access to the tools they need to achieve their most ambitious goals.
