We work in service of a multicultural, prosperous, and economically vibrant Southwest Chicago, rooted in social justice and racial equity. Together, we build generational, inclusive and sustainable wealth on Chicago’s Southwest Side. GSDC provides housing and financial counseling, high-quality affordable housing, and independent and assisted living, for seniors and also acquires, rehabs and repurposes property for community good.
