The Chicago Chapter of the NBMBAA (CCNBMBAA), with over 650 active members, serves as a resource for communicating information and ideas among Black Executives, Entrepreneurs, Educators, and Students in the Chicago area who are interested in improving the effectiveness of Black businesses and Black business professionals.

Business Leadership Institute (BLI) is a single-day, power packed conference with panels, seminars and/or workshops geared toward innovative industry best practices in leadership, career development, and entrepreneurship.

The day will include a Fireside Chat with Senior Executives, Master Classes to fuel your soul, Diversity Career Fair, and a Networking Happy Hour to round out the day. Breakfast, Lunch, and hors d’oeuvres are included.

The theme of this year’s BLI is “Moving Forward”. Aligning with this theme, we will discuss how attendees should be clarifying professional objectives, creating self-awareness of advancing, enhancing self-professional identity while exploring how to build a roadmap and an action plan for the betterment of blacks socially, educationally, and economically.
