HACIA

Dedicated to advocating for equal access and removing barriers in the construction industry by providing programs and training opportunities for underrepresented contractors, engineers, small businesses, and newcomers to the industry.

About

A 501 (c) (6) organization founded in 1979, HACIA works to ensure the equitable participation of diverse businesses and talent in the construction industry while also promoting the growth, quality of work, professionalism, and integrity of these individuals and businesses. HACIA is a not-for-profit business organization providing technical assistance and business capacity development services to MBE, WBE and DBE and other diverse firms with the goal of developing long-term sustainability & capacity. From advocating for public policy, providing the tools necessary to seize and succeed at new business opportunities, and providing training and education that assist underrepresented individuals in growing professionally, HACIA believes in removing barriers from and improving access to opportunities within the construction industry.
