HACIA is kicking off 2024 with a program made for busy business owners in all the areas of construction – Contractors Development Program! Join subject matter experts in different areas of business management and construction skills to build know-how and enhance your network.

HOW: This program brings an “à la carte” menu with 18 courses in Business Development, Operations, Financial Management, and Core Construction Skills. Classes are scheduled almost every day from January 22nd through May 10th – you are welcome to take all of them! The participants that finish five or more courses, will receive a HACIA certificate. This is open enrollment with no application deadline.

WHEN: Starts Monday, January 22nd. It will kick-off with a SWOT Analysis Workshop to understand your company’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats so you can figure out what courses you should take next. See a full calendar of classes on our website.

WHERE: Most courses will be held virtually so you can access from anywhere – your office, your home, your job site, with just a few classes meeting in person at HACIA’s Training Center (650 W Lake St, 2nd floor)

PRICE: A one-time small fee will grant your company access to all the courses – several people from the same company can take part in this program. Once you have paid, you will receive an email with the links to sign up for all the classes.
• $50 – for businesses with $100,000 in yearly revenue or less
• $75 – for businesses between $100,000 and $250,000 in yearly revenue
• $100 – for businesses over $250,000 in yearly revenue
