Join us for a free training on crisis intervention and de-escalation hosted by Rogers Park Business Alliance and NAMI Chicago.
Training Objectives:
– Understand the recovery model and build awareness of our own mental wellness
– Recognize when an individual is experiencing a mental health crisis
– Learn the tools and strategies for effectively de-escalating and diffusing crisis
– Gain additional crisis resources
This free training is being offered to local businesses and their staff faced with community members who present challenging and aggressive behavior.
